Strolling... 散步...

Hubby and I went for a stroll with the smaller ones in our neighborhood yesterday, while the bigger ones were out playing. The weather was promising for spring. The sun was shinning and birds were chirping. The air was still cold and it was a little chilly when the wind blew but boy, were we glad that winter was finally over!
昨天我和老公带着两个小的到家附近散步。两个大的在楼下玩。艳阳高照，小鸟在树上吱吱叫，看来离春天不远了。虽然空气还是有点冷，起风时还有点刺骨，不过我们还是很开心寒冷的冬天终于过了!


Chris didn't look so enthusiastic about the walk though, but it was good for him to be out and get some fresh air and sunshine.
Chris好象对散步并不怎么感兴趣，不过出来走走呼吸新鲜的空气和晒晒太阳对他还是好的。


It was a nice day for horse riding. There is a track for horse riding through the forest on the other side of the road from our apartment.
昨天也是个骑马的好天气。在我们家对面的马路旁有条贯穿森林的骑马小径。


Ivan's little legs got tired and he got help from daddy to continue the walk. Sometimes I wish I'm this small too!
Ivan的小腿走累了还有爸爸抱着他继续走。有时我也好想象他这么小!

We stopped by the playground for awhile...
我们在游乐场停了一下。。。

Ivan fell and for some reason, couldn't get up and needed daddy to rescue him.
Ivan跌倒了，不知道为什么就是爬不起来，还好有爸爸助他一臂之力。
Ivan was really happy to get out of the apartment.
Ivan真的很高兴能出来透透气。
"Look mommy,STICKS!" H was collecting sticks, branches, stones and leaves along the way...
"妈咪，看树枝!" 他一路上收集了不少树枝，石头和树叶。。。

We ventured into the forest to have a look-see and Ivan found the record-breaking branch for the day...
我们走进森林看看， Ivan找到了一枝特长的树枝。。。

which he refused to put down...
说到我们口水都干了也不愿放下。。。


There are still piles of dirty snow mixed with gravel, here and there.
虽然到处还看到一堆堆加了碎石的脏雪。。。


But when you see kids running around in just sweaters...
不过当你看到只穿着毛绒衣到处跑的孩子。。。

and flowers peaking out from the muddy ground...
和从泥地里冒出的野花时。。。

You can be certain that spring is here!
